Terms and Conditions

Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Payments

Payment method is via PayPal.

Delivery

Paid orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse to our local delivery partner within 5 working days.

Bounced parcels

We'll be in touch via email in the event of a bounced parcel.

Defects & exchanges

Our goods have been checked before mailing out to you. However, if there is a defect on your item, please email a photograph of your defect to hello@stitchesandtweed.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective. All items mailed back must be unwashed and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued.

Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any Returns.
